Through air drying(TAD) technology has changed the principle of drying, it adopts through air drying instead of traditional contact surface heat transfer. It has improved the drying speed greatly, which make the material drying rapidly. As a result, it has greatly improved the utilization efficiency of fiber and material bulkiness. The finished product has better performance of softness and water absorption.

The TAD heat source can be used in a variety of forms, and it is recommended to use the air direct combustion structure, and the heat energy efficiency is higher.

When the width is large, in order to ensure the uniform dryness of the banner material, a banner moisture adjustment device can be added.

Working principle

The core of the working principle of the through hot air drying technology is the adoption of a penetrating cylinder with penetrating ability. In this drying equipment, the hot air is not drawn from the paper surface, but passes through the paper web, carries the moisture in the paper, and then passes through the cylinder web into the penetrating cylinder. The hot and wet air in the cylinder block is extracted by the fan, then some fresh air is added, and some waste air and moisture are discharged. The remaining air is heated by the combustion furnace and then circulated again to continue drying the paper.
